Access Assist/Maintain Employment
Our professionals work with our participants to help them realise their full potential and provide advice on managing their disabilities while navigating their jobs. We endeavour to support participants in obtaining their desired careers and transitioning into the open labour market.
- Building skills — We help people develop the fundamental skills needed in the workplace, such as communication, organisational skills, peer participation, etc. Once the students begin working, these talents will form a foundation for them.
- Overcoming obstacles – Depending on the type of impairment, there will be limitations at the workplace. As a result, people are taught how to overcome these obstacles and make the most of their potential.
- Specialised job – Determining people’s interests and channelling their efforts to polish it might take some time. After that, a compatible profile is discovered and pursued.
- Career plan – We can assist participants in moving forward by helping them identify their specialisation and develop a career around it.
Accommodation/Tenancy
The NDIS defines assistance with Accommodation and Tenancy Obligations as assistance to advise, prompt, or perform activities to ensure the participant obtains/retains adequate housing. Assistance in applying for a rental tenancy or fulfilling tenancy obligations is possible.
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinators will assist you in better understanding the NDIS and developing your abilities to manage your support, money, and crucial connections. In addition, we will be there for you throughout your NDIS Plan and help you prepare for your next NDIS Plan when the time comes.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Psychosocial Recovery Coach will help participants to make sense of their plan and utilise their funding. Along with plan implementation and coordination activities, we work to support people with their recovery journey by setting goals and providing coaching and mentoring.
